Our company offers telephone support services for its products, both at device and system levels.

  • When it comes to system level, we offer the option to study the application together, and then suggest an appropriate material for its implementation.

In addition, we offer diagnostic tests by connecting to each device, either remotely or through the visit of one of our technicians at your facilities.

  •  Diagnostic services include debugging of devices and systems, by monitoring and intervening in the device parameters and programming, in order to prevent the recurrence of the same or other problems.
  • In the case of a malfunctioned material, our technical staff can propose the most appropriate solution for its replacement or repair.

Additionally, KSA offers programming and commissioning services for devices and systems, where requested.
